Overview
We are looking to expand our digital team in London and are looking for an experienced recruiter who has operated in this space. Ideally we are looking for someone who will recruit all things data, insight, analytics and ecommerce. It’s a rapidly growing market, fast paced and constantly evolving. It’s candidate driven so you’ll get to work across all levels and all sector to truly become an expert within this discipline of marketing. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years experience in digital recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to grow something and is ambitious to develop into a lead or management role in the future. For now, we need to see drive and tenacity to grow a portfolio of clients and candidates and someone who is genuinely interested in the rapidly changing digital landscapes and how this is affecting the way clients should shape their teams. Our success in B2C markets means we have incredible networks across many exciting businesses, making this a real growth area for the Better Placed Group, so your exposure and opportunity to learn from key senior managers in our business will be significant.
