2471 - Marketing Co-ordinator - Hayes - Perm - £27- £30K This is an exciting opportunity to work with an International consumer goods brand, and leading player in their field. The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the Brand Communications team, the central oversight team developing strategy and communications for over 90 markets around the world. The Role: Execute online and offline tactical product marketing Ownership of all product packaging updates and modifications, ensuring design is executed according to brand and compliance standards. Support creative design of new packaging concepts, with specific focus on Asian specialty retail channels. Execute online and offline post-purchase product marketing, including product manual, assembly, use & care, and warranty including artwork development, internal alignment, and language variations. Regular involvement in product photoshoots and CGI imagery development, ensuring creative excellence and meeting objectives. Field and respond to internal requests from marketing managers across the world, acting as internal 'account manager’ for key stakeholders and supporting their marketing activities. Support brand marketing activities including consumer research, management of image rights and negotiation of rights extensions, modifications to brand guidelines, and creative messaging input. Investigate consumer and market insights activities for all product categories, Regularly liaise with internal cross functional stakeholders including product management, legal, compliance, customer experience, and local markets. Manage organisation and distribution of marketing assets via intranets. Ideal Candidate will have: 1 years consumer or trade marketing experience in consumer goods company or creative agency. Strong project management and organisational skills, and able to deliver under tight deadlines. Ambitious self starter, taking initiative to move projects forward and continuously grow skillset and take on more responsibility. Excellent communication, presentation, and proofreading skills. Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural organisation. Ability for regular meetings in London and occasional international travel
