Overview
Our client is a leading supplier to the Hospitality and Health sectors with an enviable portfolio and market share. They have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to work closely with an ambitious and successful MD. The successfull candidates will be an experienced marketer with proven ability to deliver consistently strong and measureable results. Help grow the companys B2B business with great online and offline activity to support new client acquisition and current client retention. This is a proactive environment working in a team of 35 with strong corporate clients, 15,000 system users and great international partners Duties Define and roll out strategic marketing plan (annually) to include content marketing, brand awareness and PR, demand generation, account-based marketing initiatives, digital marketing and customer journey building Run integrated multi-channel campaigns including PR, social media, SEM, email, content marketing, trade shows, conferences and more Review social media activity and schedule in alignment with strategic plan Write engaging copy for PR, web content, blog, case studies, email campaigns Review and refresh existing website to suit current strategy / activity Seek out and establish relevant PR opportunities Manage all areas of a marketing budget and measure results where applicable Manage marketing to our dealers (email and portal) Manage all marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, show graphics, product artwork) Plan and execute trade shows (2 per year) including stand designers, set up, graphics etc. Hire assistant / job consultancy for design (graphics, web, socials etc) and junior activities. Reports and presentations to stakeholders Ongoing Management of; Marketing assistant / agencies / consultants and their related activities Web content (CMS) and socials New product launches, brochures, sales presentations etc. Trade shows, advertising, PR liaison, website banners CMS - updates and training and related reports Essential skill-set and criteria: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (5 years overall in Marketing). B2B marketing - preferably software or technology or client related Loves marketing and can convey messages multi-industry and multi-platform Problem solver who can bring good ideas to the table Strong communication skills Career orientated with a 3-5 year outlook to Board Level Excellent communicator both verbal and written to cover all audiences Is committed to getting the job done. Mac platform using Adobe, InDesign, WordPress, Typo 3, Microsoft suite The successful candidate must be a team player, confident, creative with good ideas, a can do attitude and regular communication. You must have relevant experience of the above and be able to bring along a portfolio with examples.
