Overview

Paid Search Account Director £45,000 - £55,000 Major Players are currently working with an established independent agency within Central London. They are looking for a Paid Search Account Director to join their team and work a portfolio of awesome retail and travel clients. They are looking for someone who is used to juggling many plates, experienced across Search and Shopping and keen to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for the daily bid management and optimisation on paid search campaigns across search, shopping and retargeting networks and report directly into the Head of Search. Responsibilities - Paid Search Account Director Lead strategy and supervise the delivery of Search and Shopping campaigns Ensure all PPC activity is optimised Be accountable for the daily activity of multiple Paid Search Managers and Executives across your client portfolio Manage, develop and expand that aforementioned team of Managers and Executives Understand your clients' businesses, brands, objectives and customers Understand what drives profitability and other key success criteria Present Paid Search performance to senior audiences and ensure the continual buy-in to your work Always be looking for opportunities to take a client's business and competitiveness to the next level Ensure that the agency is a centre for Paid Search excellence Work with wider agency teams, such as Paid Social and Programmatic, to integrate client strategy Requirements - Paid Search Account Director 5 years client-facing Paid Search and Shopping experience A proven track record of delivering successful Paid Search and Shopping campaigns Experience managing monthly client budgets in excess of £100,000 2 years team management experience Experience working with large data sets Google Shopping optimisation and Feed Analysis experience in Merchant Centre Organised, disciplined and a strong communicator Ability to explain complex issues to clients and junior team members Understanding of the relationship between Search and Social Retail experience advantageous Google qualifications for Search, Shopping and Analytics Experience supporting sales pitches Experience with large scale bid management platforms You will get Annual Season Ticket Loan - Cycle to Work Scheme - Subsidised Gym Membership - Support on Professional Qualifications - "Skint Nights" - monthly social event - Birthday Brownies & Gift - Loyalty Holiday (Extra Day for every year after 2 years, up to 5 extra days) - Summer Working Hours - Summer Day Out - Christmas Party If you want to work in a company that has their offices in Central London, has flexible working hours and genuine career progression in a growing agency then please apply.
