INTERNAL RECRUITER Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire Following successive record years and substantial growth plans for 2020 and beyond, we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team to help us identity and attract future recruitment stars. Our Internal Recruiter position is newly formed, providing the successful candidate an opportunity to create, build and drive the strategy around how we attract people to our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in either an agency environment or a start-up internal team. Key responsibilities: Building communities of experienced and non-experienced people, positioning our brand effectively and maintaining year-round contact with potential talent. Advertising live/available opportunities on Job Boards, Social Media and LinkedIn. Proactively sourcing new candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards and Social Media Working with internal teams to ensure we are maximising employment branding opportunities to help achieve growth goals. Conducting first stage screening & interviews to identify candidate suitability. Working to business goals and targets to achieve the growth plans. What are we looking for? Recruitment experience in either an agency or start-up internal role is preferable. Goal orientated with a drive to help the business identify and attract the best talent. Positive attitude with lots of energy to inspire prospective team members. Creative thinker and willing develop new channels to attract the best talent. People focussed, confident, articulate and natural rapport builder. Ability to embrace a high paced, professional and fun-orientated environment.
