I am currently working with a market leading; City Centre based Education Recruitment Business that are actively looking for driven, ambitious and confident recent graduates to join their thriving, market-leading business. Covering a range of different education recruitment sectors including: Further education, Higher education & commercial training. No previous recruitment experience is necessary. The job of a recruitment consultant is not an easy one. This is not your standard 9-5. You will be required to put in additional hours to meet targets and expectations on a regular basis but the rewards on offer are phenomenal - this includes uncapped commission, quick progression, lunch clubs, all-expense paid holidays and more. They offer a professional yet fun environment, ensuring that you will be working alongside committed consultants that are enthusiastic about success. The Business: It is a privately-owned recruitment company, set up by the Director after spending many years in the recruitment industry. With most of his career spent recruiting within the Further Education and Commercial Training sector, the Director set out with the aim to improve the quality of recruitment within Education and to ensure that clients receive a consistently high level of service. The company offers a professional yet fun environment, ensuring that the consultants you speak to on a day to day basis are enthusiastic about what they do. They work closely with both clients and candidates to develop a full understanding of their needs and look after them with care and an attention to detail unrivalled in the sector. They recruit into a more senior market than your traditional education recruitment businesses. You would generally be dealing with Lecturers, Assessors and all levels of Management personnel. This could include sectors such as Sports, Science, Skilled labour, Computing, Languages, Travel & Tourism and more.
