Data Entry Clerk - Temporary Manchester City Centre - £9.00 per hour. Your new company Hays are now recruiting for a temporary data entry clerk to work in a legal services business. The role is based in Manchester City Centre. The data clerk vacancy is an immediate start, and on an ongoing basis. Your new role The main responsibilities of your role include, but are no exclusive to: Accurate data entry that is 100% correct Performing tasks given to you by the office manager to a high level Offering full administrate support to all members of the team Helping the team keep the internal database up to date Answering telephone calls in a helpful manner Working at a fast pace while remaining accurate Multi-tasking between different jobs while maintaining a high standard Organising and working through a high volume of emails Ensuring that all data is recorded in the correct way Offering excellent customer service What you'll need to succeed The Successful candidate will need the following: Excellent IT skills and the ability to type quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills Curiosity and willing to learn more, to become better at the job The ability to think critically to overcome any problems quickly and effectively You must be enthusiastic, organised and intelligent You must be able to work to tight deadlines You must always be punctual and polite You must have excellent attention to detail What you'll get in return In return you will receive an hourly wage of £9.00.
