Overview
A boutique, tech-focused, bank in London are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their Marketing team due to the bank's considerable growth. This bank has experienced considerable growth over the past few years as they have become known as a real specialist to the Technology market. It is a corporate bank lending to start-up tech businesses, SMEs and large multinational corporates, but always to businesses in the Technology sector. Their reputation in the industry is excellent. The Bank is looking for an experienced Internal Comms Manager. The necessary experience is: - Internal Comms experience with a focus on the tech industry - this company live and breath all things technology - Experience creating a strategic communications plan - Experience delivering said strategic communications plan - Expert in written, spoken and visual communications - this role will involve writing pieces about what the bank is up to and about the tech sector in general - Ideally, experience across EMEA - Business-wide Internal Comms experience (across HT, IT, Sales etc.) The bank are looking for the opposite of a cartoon, stale and boring banker. They are looking for someone who can bring a huge amount of energy, ideas and passion for tech to this new role and help grow the bank's inclusive and team-oriented culture.
