Overview
I'm working on a CRM Executive role with a client that helps people get started and become experts in trading on the stock market. They're re-doing their entire customer journey and migrating to a new CRM system, so for the right person it's a really exciting time to join. This person will be managing segmented customer lifecycle campaigns, and they'll be working closely with the Content and Design teams to create collateral for emails, SMS and push notifications.
