Overview
Marketing Manager - Coventry Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Hours of work: flexible 35 hours per week We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager based in Coventry, responsible for the day to day marketing activities in the business you will drive forward the social media presence and overall marketing strategy working closely with the SMT. With a keen eye for detail and an excellent creative flare you will be responsible for developing the brand in a positive and meaningful manner. Ideally you will come from / have a strong B2C background and can build and drive the marketing function from the ground up Duties of the Marketing Manager will include: Responsible for the day to day marketing activities and the long-term marketing & communications strategy for the business Developing a marketing strategy with the SMT in line with goals and wider business strategy Reviewing the current marketing offering, looking at analytics and offering solutions for improvement to the Board and SMT Focusing on driving the social media presence forward, building the brand and awareness with consumers Utilising analytics and technology to identify trends and insights, optimising marketing spend, reviewing return on investment & value add to ensure money is well spent Managing a small marketing team driving the promotion of the brand externally & internally; using various marketing channels including but not limited too; Social Media, PR, Direct & Indirect Marketing Reporting back to the Board & SMT on the implementation of the marketing strategy and ensuring internal communications are consistent and relevant Key Skills of the Marketing Manager: Experience in a senior marketing role with an excellent personality and attitude to learning new things Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively implementing engaging marketing campaigns Excellent knowledge of marketing analytic tools Ideally exposure in B2C, however all applications will be reviewed.
