Marketing Executive - Based Coventry - £22-£25,000 DOE My client is fast paced leading software business with a focus to date which has been B2B, however they are also looking to increase direct b2c engagement and activation through a variety of channels, in-application and online including development of a consumer portal and social media content strategies. We are now looking to recruit a Communications & Marketing Executive to lead on customer conversion, retention and engagement communication activities with 2 main objectives: * to help customers make the most of their existing and new product features. * to ensure that B2B and B2C customer communications are delivered in a professional and efficient way taking advantage of the latest technology. This is a broad marketing role involving the planning and delivery of online and offline activity. Located within the Marketing Team, the job holder will provide services to customers and other teams across the business to ensure that we deliver a positive and consistent customer experience from start to finish. The role will suit a career driven candidate looking for the next step in their career as a marketing professional, ideally in a similar company / sector. B2B and B2C experience would be an advantage. Ability to multi-task and switch priorities according to the tactical needs of the business, attention-to-detail, excellent copywriting / editorial and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, good organisational skills and an appetite to take on a challenge are pre-requisites. Job Functions * Work with the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive Marketing and Comms plan * Provide a central coordination service for customer conversion, communication and retention activity across the business * Ability to work with different business stakeholders to create targeted plain English customer communications * Write customer facing sales and support copy (emails, social media, web content, letters, brochures, e-newsletters, case studies, help documents, service updates etc) * Use existing processes, workflows and planning tools to create multi-channel campaigns (print, digital and events) * Brief and liaise with third party marketing and print agencies as required * Ensure a high quality, consistent customer experience in terms of timeliness of information, brand compliance, copy style and content * Manage, maintain and segment customer data within the CRM and other applications * Develop a good working knowledge of ParentPay and be able to offer guidance and advice to customers as required (full training will be given) * Produce a range of monthly reports to monitor progress and spot trends in customer usage * Collate and deliver a monthly email round-up of 'how's business' aimed at staff * Support any additional tasks assigned by the Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager * Work as an active member of the Marketing Team to deliver a high level of service across the business. Actively contribute ideas to the team in order to drive marketing activity, business growth, reduce costs, drive efficiency and raise quality.
