Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for a Head of Public Relations role working for an innovative company based in North Cambridge. Sitting within the Senior Management Team, this position will see you responsible for the execution of the company’s PR, as well as that of their client base. The successful candidate will be forward-thinking, able to build excellent relationships with colleagues and client alike and have an established knowledge and experience of PR. Duties & Responsibilities of the Head of Public Relations: Responsible of the vision and implementation of PR strategy for clients and internal communication Managing client relationships to maximise growth opportunities Providing the PR team with direction and identifying training and development opportunities Leading PR new business opportunities, organic new business and determining business growth for existing clients Attending seminars, conferences and networking events to make business connections and promote the brand Managing the overall PR finances and contributing to the financial growth of the company This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to add value to a growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong PR agency background and experience working with social media and digital PR.
