Overview
In a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment the success of our business depends on the quality of our people. Working five days a week as an integral part of RPC's Design team, you will be asked to contribute your own design ideas and initiative and in return we will expose you to a wider range of duties and learning than you might encounter elsewhere. A typical day The bulk of your team's work is in collaboration with the Brand, Marketing and Sales team in the form of marketing communications (brochures, legal guides, invitations, etc), audio, video, digital and large format print. In fact, we deal with almost every form of audio visual communication. Work from a brief and be able to explore ideas and hunt down the best solution to a client’s needs. Explain their ideas to others and know how to respond to feedback. Creating and updating graphics for both print and digital outcomes Close collaboration with other team members Working closely with clients to fulfil client briefs Create, review and polish brochures, legal guides and invitations Meeting deadlines and expectations set by manager You must have Five GCSE grades C - A (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths Skills needed Demonstrate good attention to detail. Build good working relationships with others Be polite and helpful. Some understanding of creative photography/videography, and a willingness to learn. Organisation. Flexibility & adaptability. The ability not to take life too seriously. Future prospects: After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
