Overview
CRM ANALYST role at NBC Universal NBCU is looking forward to welcoming the new CRM Analyst in their team in London As a CRM Analyst, you will be joining the HAYU business unit. HAYU is a start-up subscription video on demand (SVOD) brand from NBC Universal currently operating across 14 international markets offering the best of reality TV shows to stream or download across multiple devices. The digital marketing team is a centralized team that supports all markets in which HAZU operates, responsible for driving efficient subscriber acquisition by reducing the cost per acquisition and improving subscriber retention by increasing the average lifetime value. The working environment is progressive, dynamic, fun and fast-paced. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the single point of contact for all CRM campaign analysis. Work with CRM manager, CRM Exec, Marketing Analyst and third party agencies to define a measurement framework and a clear set of KPIs for each CRM activity and work with the Data Engineering team to ensure relevant data is captured and available for use. Take full ownership of the delivery of CRM's Tableau dashboards and any other evaluation toolsets required to enable robust and consistent CRM campaign reporting. Use data & insight platforms and post-activity evaluations to inform decisions that continuously improve contact selection, channel mix, content curation, next best action, journey mapping, and post-campaign analysis. Implementing effective quality assurance processes to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data, reports, and dashboards. Creation of a standard approach for the creation of marketing campaign analysis briefs and working. Supporting the Marketing Analyst where required and working with third-party Analytics agencies to ensure a holistic understanding of CRM activity across the Marketing team and wider business. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Educated to degree level in a STEM subject or a subject with a strong analytical approach, such as Economics, or equivalent work experience. Understands statistical techniques and measurements along with their application to CRM marketing campaign activity. Proficiency in one or more scripting languages essential e.g. SQL, R, Python, with the ability to use analytics infrastructure tools like Snowflake, Tableau and Adobe Analytics. Ideally has experience of or an understanding of econometric / media mix modeling with the ability to forecast results for formal and informal scenario planning. Knowledge of media analytics, data, measurement, methodologies, and industry standards including online and offline marketing channels preferred, but not essential. You will also be self-starter by nature, who also works well in a start-up operation operating within a broader, complex matrix organization. Don't miss the opportunity, submit your application NOW
