Head of Performance Marketing | In-house Media | up to £80k The Client This is a brand-new opportunity to become part of a new age for a huge media business based in London, to build and lead their performance marketing function. The business owns a number of world-renowned brands and will give you full autonomy over shaping the department. This is a senior leadership role based in Central London and a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a strong commercial mindset and ambition to build out a new, high-performing function. The Role Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will be tasked with leading the Performance Marketing function, growing out the team and delivering on key KPIs. Your role will include: Leading, mentoring and training the Performance Marketing team Designing and implementing Performance planning Working with Data and Marketing to ensure all channels are aligned to immersive customer experiences Ensuring group commercial marketing performance is on track Forecasting performance in partnership with the data and trading teams Leading performance kick-off meetings, status meetings, forecasting and budget meetings Co-owning Integrated Marketing Performance and Automation plans with the Head of Automation About You Strong, demonstrable about Performance Marketing experience Familiarity with marketing to B2B audience, particularly advertisers, agencies and publishers A data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen Excellent performance marketing knowledge - SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Affiliate Ability to lead on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Team management and leadership experience Apply Now You can apply for this role now by sending us your CV or by calling us now Don't forget to register as a candidate too.
