Overview
One of the UKs largest house builders is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team and manage the marketing for one of their pinnacle sites in North-East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketing executive or Marketing Manager to step up in to a fast-paced position, working for one of the biggest names in residential property. You will be given a huge amount of autonomy, and the chance to really step up and take responsibility over your role. You will oversee internal and external marketing campaigns, working in conjunction with the onsite sales teams, and the rest of the internal marketing team. You will report in to the Head of Marketing and manage ongoing relationships with key stakeholders and third party agencies. When you are looking to apply for this position, it is crucial that you have previous and proven experience working for a residential/new homes developer in a Senior Exec or Marketing Manager position. Key responsibilities: Deliver a site and phase launch to both a UK and an international market Development of all marketing materials for a pinnacle site, across digital and print marketing Manage all onsite marketing, including the Sales Suite and Show Homes and manage the delivery of a new sales suite for the next launch phase Manage the marketing budget and work closely with the FD to predict the spend for the project, and report back on this on a quarterly basis Delivery of marketing tools to assist the sales process including UK and overseas development models, CGIs and promotional video Organisation of all development launches both in the UK and overseas Manager the preparation, planning and management of all overseas exhibitions, ensuring collateral arrived on time and that the sales teams have everything on hand that they might need Manage the media schedule, think of innovative ways to market the development via press, outdoor media and sponsorship Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, and any key relationships and partnerships Assist the land & planning teams with the development of all collateral, invites, signage and website developments Develop a community placemaking strategy in line with sensitivities of estate regeneration and partnerships working alongside the development team Adhoc admin tasks such as departmental invoices and purchase orders Experience required and personal specification: 4-5 years' experience in a marketing role Experience working for a new home's developer, preferable around London A marketing degree or equivalent Experience managing ongoing relationships with third party agencies A strong can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time, and being able to prioritise your work accordingly The ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure tight deadlines are met A driven and passionate individual who is able to use their initiative and self-manage Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communications skills A creative flare, and the confidence to put your ideas forward If you have the relevant skills and personal attributes required for this role and are currently looking for the opportunity to expand your skills and experience in the property industry, then please do not hesitate to contact me.
