DATA QUALITY LEAD (CRM PLATFORMS) WEST LONDON £45,000 - £55,000 10% BONUS Joining at a time of huge transformation, this role with a well-known technology brand will see you taking the lead on a major project looking to better leverage customer data in a marketing capacity. Acting as a linchpin for future marketing success you will be working cross-functionally with a team of specialist back and front-end developers to transform the opportunity for customer marketing. Dedicated to creating a positive work environment with flexible working and development opportunities Open and collaborative Champions of insight-driven decision making THE ROLE With access to a huge SCV including transactional, customer and marketing data the potential for use within marketing is huge, if only the right data capabilities were in place. This is where you come in Leading this transformation project, you will be: Gathering requirements from front end users to map this back into data structure capabilities and understanding marketing use cases for data. Making data accessible for front end users. This will include: working with technical architects to design new data models and ETL processes to feed the relevant data into the Adobe Campaign interface. Leading UAT for new capabilities. Transforming the back-end data architecture Optimising workflow solutions through consistent testing Working with Senior Leadership to support wider business understanding of the current project and future plans for the marketing data structure Identifying underlying issues with the current structure and offering new and innovative approaches of transforming data into an accessible form Working with both technical and non-technical audiences to translate technical developments into non-technical languages and vice versa You will have support from solution architects and back-end developers, but you will need a strong understanding of SQL in order to understand and challenge project developments and a previous understanding of data quality/data feeds. YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCES The successful candidate will have: Strong SQL coding ability Experience working with a front-end CRM tool such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce or similar An understanding of ETL or data integration processes Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams Worked with large disparate data sets A degree or higher in a numerical discipline BENEFITS A salary of up to £55,000 A performance-based bonus of up to 10% Flexible/work from home options Onsite gym 25 days holiday Pension double up to 5% HOW TO APPLY To register your interest please click the link on this page or get in touch with
