Marketing Analytics Manager London e-Commerce Up to £75,000 Benefits A heavily backed eCommerce/tech company is looking to expand its analytics team by hiring an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of advanced analysts, whilst remaining hands on using the likes of SQL, R and Python. Duties and Responsibilities - Marketing Analytics Manager Design, plan and execute the targeting of online customers through the company's targeted marketing programme Provide accurate and relevant insights to support business objectives and help inform key decisions Understand and track customer journeys and behaviours Improve user segmentation to increase effectiveness of online marking campaigns Work closely with other internal marketing teams to aid the development of new programs as well as improving current programmes Lead a team of 2-4 analysts Skills and Qualifications - Marketing Analytics Manager Experienced with SQL and R or Python Bachelor's Degree in a numerate discipline Experience in development of targeting and customer selections Team management experience Knowledge of the digital analytics environment, for example implementation, optimisation (A/B testing) and reporting Strong communication skills, and the ability to present data driven insights to stakeholders Proactive, self-motivated and adept at problem solving Ability to work individually as well as in a team orientated environment Salary and Benefits - Marketing Analytics Manager Up to £75,000 Benefits How To Apply - Marketing Analytics Manager Please register your interest by submitting your CV via the apply link on this page.
