Overview
Based in Milton Keynes my client is an industry-leading organisation. This rapidly evolving company currently seeks to recruit a commercial contracts lawyer to join their highly regarded in-house legal team. Reporting into the Senior Commercial Counsel the role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements both with clients and the internal business. You will be a qualified solicitor with between 1 - 4 years PQE (experience outside this will also be considered) with demonstrable experience in advising and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. Currently working in-house or private practice your commercial mind-set will be as notable as your exceptional ability to engage with a business and provide pragmatic, cost-effective legal advice.
