Overview

We are looking for a talented Marketer to lead an exciting new opportunity to drive value and revenue growth from our existing customer base utilising both digital and sales channels. The role would suit a driven Marketing with 3 years’ relevant experience of growing a customer base, you would bring your technical expertise and creative thinking to embrace greater responsibility and drive revenue from our existing customers utilising marketing communications while working closely with the sales teams. You will be a key member of the marketing team and use your relationship, planning, and communication skills to collaborate with agencies, software integration partners and internal stakeholders. You will play a critical role in the implementation of the marketing plan and achievement of UK objectives. You will be based in Milton Keynes, with regular travel to our Keele office. Your responsibilities: Play a key role in the implementation of the UK marketing plan Achieve UK objectives to develop new revenue streams through our customer base Build email automation strategies e.g. nurture campaigns Plan, develop and implement campaigns to initiate customer engagements Manage, monitor and measure campaign success and report out to Marketing and groups Brief and oversee the work of external agencies, work alongside them to produce marketing collateral and engaging online and offline content e.g. videos, adverts and blogs Lead comms to customer segment for product launches Support Marketing Leads in delivering agreed activities Provide creative ideas, innovate and present new marketing strategies and platforms Build and foster relationships with our software integration partners Keep abreast of best practices, emerging trends and technologies to maintain on-going company presence Identify and segment customer audiences through analytical capability and VOC research Essential: BA/BS degree or equivalent CIM qualification or working experience. Proven track record as Marketing Executive - 3 years Experience in an Email Automation platform - essential Strong campaign planning and management skills Demonstrate experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel activities Demonstrate experience in working with agencies to create and manage engaging content across multiple online platforms Strong creative copy writing and editing skills A passion for creating and maintaining high value content Desirable: Experience using Photoshop Experience in a CRM solution, preferably salesforce.com
