Duties: Reporting into the Commercial Marketing Manager, KOOSA Kids Marketing Executive will support the development & delivery of all aspects of the marketing strategy, across all marketing channels, for KOOSA Kids holiday club, after school club and breakfast club operations, delivering to & exceeding commercial targets. Within this varied marketing role, one of your key responsibilities will be to help develop the strategy, plan & execution of both paid & organic marketing campaigns across our social media channels, with the main focus on Facebook. You will be responsible for running end-to-end social media marketing campaigns, including producing engaging content, supported by well-written copy to drive customer engagement levels and, ultimately, conversions. As an experienced Marketing Executive, your strong copy writing skills enable you to write engaging & persuasive copy, adapted to whatever target audience or platform you are writing for, including B2C customers, employees & B2B customers. You will use your creative & copy writing skills to produce engaging email campaigns, as well as digital & printed marketing materials. You will be confident in, and enjoy, tracking, measuring & reporting on all marketing activities; managing campaigns to set KPI’s and highlighting opportunities to the Commercial Marketing Manager. As well as marketing direct to consumers, you will support the Commercial Marketing Manager and the wider business teams, by developing fantastic recruitment & operational marketing materials. Specific duties may include: Social Media Management (Paid & Organic) - Help develop campaign strategies; content planning, creating & scheduling; reporting & post-campaign analysis. Copy writing - writing engaging & persuasive copy, targeted to the relevant audience (B2C customers, employees & B2B customers), for a number of platforms (email, social media, website, newsletters & offline literature) Email Campaign Management - Drafting, editing, sending & reporting on email campaigns, using third party software programs (e.g. MailChimp) Generating & updating marketing collateral for both online & offline use Maintaining & updating KOOSA Kids website Track, measure & report on all marketing activity; compiling regular reports, from various sources, including in-house CRM system & GoogleAnalytics Providing marketing support to the Operations & Recruitment Teams General marketing support, including proofreading & administrative tasks Skills / Experience: We are looking for: An enthusiastic team player Excellent time management & organisational skills Ability to work on their own initiative A positive, can-do attitude & flexible approach to tasks A genuine interest in marketing with a creative flair Skills & Experience: At least 3-4 years previous marketing experience, including Social Media Management Excellent written & verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word Preferred Skills: Previous experience of Social Media & Email Campaign Management Previous experience of using GoogleAnalytics Experience of using Adobe Illustrator or similar a bonus but not essential Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 18.00pm Company benefits: Company pension, staff discounts, holiday pay, social activities, professional development, career progression & recognisable qualifications nationwide.
