Overview

Due to our continued investment into the Sales and Marketing teams at our Frimley UK Head Office, we require a Regional Marketing Officer to support one of our major Brands across the Southern Europe and Middle Eastern Africa regions. Reporting into the Brand Manager, you will be managing the whole relationship from a marketing perspective for the dealer network in conjunction with the Territory Managers and Sales Teams. We operate on a worldwide scale manufacturing, distributing and selling our range of equipment brands through our dealer networks and are a leading global recognised brand in the industry. We have been building relationships and partnering with customers, suppliers and dealers for over 80 years and currently employee of 5000 personnel across 13 countries and have 20 manufacturing operations across 12 countries. Key responsibilities of the Regional Marketing Officer include: You will be responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in developing the brand through regional deployment of tactical campaigns and programmes in key markets to: Support Dealers to successfully position the brand in those key markets and identified target industries Increase customer recognition, perception, brand awareness and lead generation. Key accountabilities will include: Responsible for the development and execution of specific regional marketing programmes in selected EMEA regions (MEA, Southern Europe), including joint action plans with major Dealers in support of annual business plans and growth initiatives Support Dealer marketing activities including annual Dealer conferences, regional exhibitions and regional product launches. Successful on-boarding of new Dealers Support the roll-out and utilisation of centrally generated marketing materials for new products, solutions or branding materials. Support dealers in finding, using and adapting available marketing tool Working closely with the regional sales team, Marketing teams and Solutions to agree and deliver joint action plans with the Dealers. The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience of business to business marketing, ideally gained within the materials handling or capital goods industry or from another manufacturing organisation Prior experience of digital marketing techniques Experience in deployment of multilingual campaigns Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, knowledge of another European language would be advantageous. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally with internal stakeholders, Dealers or target audiences from different regions Strong project management, negotiation and influencing skills Effective IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook In return we can offer a generous salary plus benefits and flexible working hours working for a well respected, international organisation who manufacture, sell and distribute a range of equipment covering prestigious brand names.
