Create Designs are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic senior sales executive to join our web design and marketing team based in Camberley, Surrey. We’re a small, boutique agency looking for someone who is self-driven, has excellent rapport building and time management skills. You will play a vital role in the day to day operations of the business. Primary Responsibilities Full management and access to all inbound leads Canvassing existing clients to drive more value from existing relationships Liaise with team members to ensure a thorough understanding of new project requirements Some outbound lead generation alongside inbound enquiries In person meetings with clients where required Collaborate with design and marketing team to improve offering Achieve realistic monthly targets Maintain relationships with clients to generate further revenue Work with the team to ensure smooth progression of projects Skills Required A minimum 2 years sales-based role is preferred, however experience within a consulting role (such as recruitment) may suffice. Previous industry experience is beneficial in the same or a similar sector, but not critical provided you have some experience and understanding of websites and marketing. We believe in recruiting based on solid work ethic, positive attitude and great interpersonal skills. Training will be provided. We do require the following skills as a basis: A strong drive and determination to learn on the job and take on a new challenge.
