DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE… The Marketing Associate will support the Head of Marketing with all business growth activities, the work in this role will enable us to: Achieve our mission of reshaping real estate globally, by creating a thriving proptech ecosystem and backing the world’s best proptech founders. Attract the best entrepreneurs to the brand, by supporting the development of compelling business communications. Support the portfolio of start-ups through the '3 Cs' - Capital, Customer and C-suite talent. Develop their business by strengthening relationships with existing LPs and attracting new strategic LPs. New joiners will be part of a fun, dynamic team on the verge of growth, making it an exciting time to enter the company. You will benefit from learning more about venture capital, start-ups and all areas of the business. Responsibilities Will Include Supporting On Marketing Strategy - Support the management of the short and long term strategy of the brand. PR - Help manage the PR agency including developing and tracking key KPIs and targets. Events - Assist in crafting and executing monthly events. Social Media - manage all of the social media channels, including drafting copy and posting thought leadership. Speaking Opportunities - Help identify and secure relevant speaking opportunities for the leadership team. Research/thought leadership content Assist with the content production for all of the original thought leadership, including case studies, blog posts and White Papers. Platform/ Portfolio support Support the portfolio of companies through ad hoc marketing and pitch support Help to create and manage portfolio value add events. Help produce presentations and support during workshops for the Accelerator Programme. LP Strategic Engagement Assist in managing LP Relations, including supporting on delivering LP Engagement material. Business Development - Assist in developing and executing the business development plan for the Fund including creating fundraising materials and events. Support with various ad hoc strategic business initiatives. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE’S PERSONALITY AND QUALIFICATIONS… Passionate about Venture Capital, Technology, Innovation and Start-up Businesses. A executer - Ability to 'roll up sleeves’ and get things done.
