Overview
Consumer Insight (Senior) Analyst required to work for one of the world's most iconic Automotive Brands Within the Brand Operations team, the Insight & Analytics team empowers the organization to build and retain customers by being advocates for consumers and thought-leaders for the organization, driving business outcomes by turning data and insights into consumer-led strategy. The Research Senior Analyst position will responsible for planning and conducting multiple, large-scale research projects (from both qualitative and quantitative methods) to support significant business assignments for the US and International markets. This position will use advanced knowledge of the specialized field of Market Research to design the appropriate research methodology and supporting research instruments to meet business objectives. Job Responsibilities • Insatiably curious about all aspects of the markets, the brands, the people and the culture that affect the business A passion for consumer understanding and the ability to turn insights into mind and heart-opening ideas and solutions. • Ability to frame problems and solutions and bring structure to ambiguous environments through strategic learning plan development and ability to conduct multiple, large-scale research projects • Ability to execute both qualitative and quantitative methods in support of business needs as well as use secondary sources to bring the consumer and markets to life • Synthesizes the collected data to report the holistic story/narrative of the insights • Presents business-oriented consumer insights to internal stakeholders Education Requirements • Bachelor's Degree Required • Advanced Degree preferred Experience Requirements • Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. • Proven ability to discover, analyze and tell a compelling story with data that drives insight and business outcomes. • Impeccable written and oral communication credentials and ability to present detailed insight results in verbal or written format. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time • Strengths in building networks of internal contacts and leveraging positive working relationships to achieve business goals • Proficient use of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies as well as analytics software including Excel, SPSS, SAS, Stata, Tableau, Power BI • Global perspective and understanding, thinking across borders and cultures with an innate understanding of cultural nuances. The ability to lead and motivate cross cultural/cross functional teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint The company offers an excellent salary and benefits package, including a company bonus and a strong career path
