Overview
Head of UX Central London Up to £85,000 Per Annum A well-established creative design agency are looking for a Head of UX to join their growing team on a permanent basis to help grow their current team. This company have a strong focus in end to end digital product and service design, in an environment that encourages creativity and research led design. In this position you will be heading up a team of 7-8 heads across different roles within design, with the future shape and growth of the team being a large aspect of the role, as well being hands on throughout the process. The ideal Head of UX will: Experience leading a team of 2 or more. Superb attention to detail, ensuring the quality of work is of a high standard. Superb knowledge of end to end UX in order to help mentor more junior members of the team. Have a solid portfolio showcasing your UX case studies, showing passion in the projects. Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Comfortable with all research techniques and analysis. Understand how to show creative flair and push the creative boundary within brand guidelines. You will be responsible for the growth, quality and collaboration of the team as well as creating excellent experience strategies. The role will test both your design and strategy skills, ensuring top quality design and service is delivered to each and every client. They are offering up to £85,000 DOE.
