The Business A rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service and consulting provider with over 350 customers in the UK alone. Their SaaS Platform integrates a number of solutions to provide organisations with a unified approach to Information Security, Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and penetration tests in a highly differentiated manner, ultimately providing superior levels of quality than their competitors. The team is rapidly expanding and you will have the opportunity to work on a number of complex and interesting projects with clients across many sectors such as banking, government, retail, gaming and financial services. The Job You will join the company Marketing Department, reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, to assist with a range of marketing duties as listed below. This team is responsible for building brand awareness and driving new customers to the business by trying new channels for marketing and as identifying existing strategies that are working well. This is a fast-paced Marketing Team operating within a business that is growing fast and as such suits individuals who are looking to push their career and the business to the next level. Job Breakdown: • Reporting monthly on web inbounds, competitor social media performance, campaign performance including ads and email etc. • Uploading and optimising content for UK sites based on SEO phrases provided. • Research e.g. competitors’ content focus, successful marketing assets etc. • Contributing to and reviewing automation systems on the company database including email marketing and sales alignment processes are in place to track marketing leads. • Proof reading copy from SMEs and copywriters to ensure it reads well and is on brand. • Occasional copy writing for web posts and social channels. • Create branded assets for downloadable gated items on site e.g. a checklist on risk management. • Present findings to team and management giving recommendations to improve processes based off of research and reporting data. • Ad-hoc tasks to support team when needed • Additional training will be provided after the initial 6 month probation along with monthly reviews to track your progress. Who Fits the Bill? • Educated to degree level with a minimum 2.1 degree result. • An articulate and a great copywriter with the ability to write sharp content. • Need to be passionate about marketing. • Personality is key for this role the ideal candidate is extremely positive and a team player. • The ideal candidate would ideally have some prior office work experience and has a natural drive to succeed in work. • Needs to be strong under pressure and not panic. • Exceptional attention to detail is vital. • There is a lot of free reign in this job and as such the ideal candidate will need to learn and pick up things fast. • Someone who is naturally curious and intelligent so that they can pick up marketing and industry jargon quickly. • Someone confident in themselves and not second guess themselves. Bonus Points For • Prior marketing experience, of any form. • Prior experience working with Hubspot (CRM). • Prior experience working with Bright Talks webinar channels. • Prior experience working for a Saas company or knowledge of the SaaS sector. • An eye for detail and design e.g. can consider the user experience. • Knowledge of "CTA" buttons as well as layout and imagery.
