Client Services Manager, Central London Salary competitive plus excellent benefits and package Our client is a market leading brand protection solutions provider and a need has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager to come onboard to manage the anti-piracy needs of exciting, high profile clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client facing roles and be comfortable liaising with senior level clients. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and managing client relationships throughout entire process Highlight and implement change in accordance with clients needs and industry trends Collate reports and present to clients to encourage understanding of digital piracy Effectively plan, control and monitor projects whilst setting and meeting targets Experience/Criteria Anti-piracy experience highly desirable Proven track record of effectively building strong relationships with clients Impeccable attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable delivering presentations to clients and various groups Client Services Manager, Central London Salary competitive plus excellent benefits and package
