Responsibilities Within this role you will be responsible for multiple projects and will be involved in; Grow and develop the digital footprint Take initiatives to improve online travel agency business efficiency and performance Optimize company website to tackle metrics like customer engagement and customer loyalty Implementing a digital strategies to drive sales Work with a hands on approach with all areas of the business to ensure company wide brand alignment Essential Fluent in Mandarin Strong understanding of current digital market Previous success in developing a brand's online presence Ability to manage both product and project managers Good knowledge of AI and how it can be used to empower brands Experience in the development and management of customer loyalty Strong customer service skills Desirable Knowledge of Chinese e-commerce Experience using big data as a base for strategy development To express an interest, simply click 'apply' and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
