Founded in 2000, we’ve gone from strength to strength and have proved that commercial, large-volume manufacturing can happen in an ethical and sustainable manner with care to everyone in the supply chain. We are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team and oversee our marketing strategy. The Role As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing strategy for our business. Managing a Marketing Executive, you will oversee all marketing activity and content produced, ensuring it follows our branding guidelines and vision. You will work across several platforms and channels and get involved in projects such as the development and management of our website, print content, online newsletters, social media and SEO optimisation. Reporting directly to our CEO, your role will involve: - Managing annual marketing budgets and timetables - Overseeing brochure production, including brief, budget, photoshoots and imagery - Liaising with external parties including creative/design agencies and printers - Overseeing and reporting on all direct, distributor and marketing activity - Planning and budgeting for all events and trade fairs (as well as attending them) - PR management including advertising, media plan, press releases and editorials - Overseeing the production and editing of electronic newsletters - Monitoring and analysing the wider market, competitor and retail trends About You To join us as a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need: - Substantial experience within a marketing role - A proven track record of being in charge of marketing for a small business that has grown significantly - Impeccable management skills - To be extremely organised with the ability to stay on top of several tasks and stick to deadlines - Fluent English communication skills with the ability to write word-perfect copy Other organisations may call this role Marketing Manager, Communications Manager, Online Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Marketing Manager, Advertising and Marketing Manager, Marketing Development Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, or Marcomms Manager.
