Job Title: Content & PR Manager Business: Expanding Property Business Location: Manchester Base Salary: £32k-£38k Depending upon experience Type of role: Permanent Focus of the role: Do you have a way with words and enjoy building relationships? Responsibilities include but not limited to: Increasing the company profile through engaging storytelling and content. Building & maintaining relationships with the audience and third parties i.e journalists Managing the media presence for the company (an audience of tens of thousands already established) Plan & action content strategy Spotting content opportunities for the business Securing new column features Performance analysis Building new & maintain existing relationships with key property and financial media Proven experience in the following required: Proven ability as an experienced PR professional , you'll be from an investment, construction or development background Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail, proven experience as a multi-tasker, well connected with strong contacts in media SEO knowledge an advantage
