We’re looking for Marketing Manager. You will be in the Marketing Department to contribute your creativity and new ideas into productive solutions both encouraged and expected. The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to investigate market environment in EMEA region, implement company’s marketing strategy, owe and keep marketing channels up to date with fresh, interesting content and campaigns, and contribute to company’s development. In particular you will need to demonstrate an ability to take your understanding and experience of marketing and combine it with emerging trends to maximize business growth. Job Main Responsibilities and Duties: Outline and deliver optimal Marketing strategies and plans in line with wider business and marketing objectives; Investigate ICT market environment in EMEA region, measure and interpret business growth opportunities based on corporation operating data analysis; Manage the marketing related budget, including reporting on actual spending, as well as forward planning and phasing future expenditure; Own and keep company’s channels, utilise an understanding of regulations, current media trends, social platforms and new technologies, no limited to traditional media within the budget, including writing social content, ensuring content is published at the right times to the right audiences by the right channels, and is always-on; Assist with business projects, including aligning with advertising campaigns and business report, scheduling of real time publication of content according to all business promotion and events arrangement, arranging workshops; Oversee the copywriting of articles and posts; Work with agencies on the creation of campaign and social advertising content and optimise paid media to drive conversion; Work closely with CUG Product Department and CUE Business departments, combine with actual situation in the region to ensure product launching and assist in new product training; Responsible for working across a real variety of marketing material. Skills and qualifications required Passionate about creating unique, unconventional and compelling work in Marketing area; Experience in delivering excellent high-level project management ability; Self-directed with a proven ability to get results in a dynamic, highly adaptive and agile environment, high-energy, proactive, creative, team-oriented, analytical individual; Ability to plan strategic objectives and goals; Strong written and verbal communication skills across all channels including social media content or blog post, communication; High level written and verbal communication skills in English is required, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Deep understanding of the key differences between popular media channels with track record of creating events and content marketing with successful results in driving conversations and enhancing different levels satisfaction; A strong grasp of paid marketing channel and agencies; Superior organisational and operational skills and attention to detail and ability of multi-tasking and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while meeting stringent deadlines; A proven track record in driving tangible business results from marketing; Experience working with a cross-functional teams - including UX and visual designers, web developers, data analysts; Excellent Adobe CS skills - especially InDesign and Photoshop; Knowledge of copyright and legal risks associated with digital marketing desirable.
