Overview
A London based law firm is looking for a fluent Russian speaking Marketing Assistant to provide effective support to the Company with marketing and PR functions. The person will be involved with all essential marketing tasks from planning marketing campaigns and creating social content, to organising events and managing suppliers. Responsibilities: - managing Company's social media properties (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including daily monitoring, posting, and content creation and development; - managing updates of the Company's website; - supporting the Company with its PR activities; - organising meeting and events; - managing the Company's photo library; - planning ahead/researching key events and marketing meetings; - proofreading and drafting presentations, briefings, leaflets and other marketing materials; - conducting market research and competitor analysis; - assisting with ongoing marketing projects as required; - supporting the team with ad-hoc requests. The successful candidate will: - have at least 2 years of relevant experience; - have a solid understanding of social media marketing, especially key platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook; - speak and write fluent Russian and English with high proficiency and literacy; - have been educated to a degree level from a recognised university (preferable but not mandatory - a UK/EU/USA degree in Marketing); - have advanced level of IT literacy: knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ability to touch type, experience in formatting documents; - have strong organisational and administration skills; - have excellent planning and prioritisation skills; - have responsible, service-minded, positive and team-oriented attitude; - have references from previous employers.
