Data Scientist London £55,000 - £75,000 This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Data Scientist to work for a leading consultancy working on client projects around London. THE COMPANY This is an established global business with lots of investment. You'd be joining a team of 9 who focus on Data Analytics to provide advanced analytics support to clients, with the long-term aim of building the application and product for clients too This role sits in the R&D side of the team, focusing on more advanced, cutting edge projects. As the majority of the clients are London based you get to do the consulting role without the travel time. THE ROLE As a Data Scientist for the business you will: Use Data & Analytics to provide advanced analytics support to clients - giving your insights to Strategy Consultants who will liaise directly with the clients Use machine learning techniques to solve business problems and provide advisory services Sometimes you will need to build the application/product for clients e.g. a model that the client can run in the business As the more senior Data Scientist in the team you will offer coaching and mentoring support to the more junior member of the team SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You will need strong experience using Python in a commercial environment Masters degree or PHD in a relevant numerical field An excellent understanding of and experience with statistical or machine learning techniques to solve a business problem Consultancy background SALARY AND BENEFITS Basic salary up to £55,000 - £75,000 Benefits Bonus scheme Profit share HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest for this role by sending your CV to Rosie O'Callaghan via the apply link on this page
