Junior Graphic Designer / Trainee Graphic Designer A fast-growth digital branding company that specialises in designing commercial branding, print media and packaging design for the retail sector is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer / Trainee Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will have a huge opportunity to grow with an award leading market leader. Working in their design team and under the supervision of a Senior Designer, you will be producing high-quality artwork and designs for commercial use. You need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into designs that effectively communicate with their target audiences. If you're passionate about design, a good communicator and can work effectively as part of a team, please get in touch Key Responsibilities: - Assist the senior designer in creating branding, sales and marketing collateral for clients in a range of industries - this could include brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands and logos etc - Packaging design - Supporting multiple projects - Photo retouching - Taking feedback from managers Skills & Experience: - Some experience as a designer preferred but not mandatory. - Relevant visual design qualification such as Adobe ACE in Illustrator / Photoshop / Degree etc - Familiarity with other graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign desired but not mandatory. - Excellent visual design skills. - Creative and open to new ideas. - Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. - Excellent communication skills.
