Overview
A passionate Creative and Content Marketing Manager is required for a fast moving, global premium footwear and accessories Brand The purpose of this role is to ensure a consistent brand message across the region. They will act as the gateway to The Brand within EMEA, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged and aligned on seasonal strategies. They will be responsible for creating content for the EMEA business that is aligned with the global brand image while also being regionally relevant. They will manage a team across a variety of disciplines, who will form the "creative hub" of the Brand Marketing Team PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & FUNCTIONS Content • Manage global assets in region • Ensure regional content needs are met, either through global assets or regionally created content • Create and manage a seasonal content calendar to ensure alignment of messaging through the season • Manage workload of freelance graphic designer and copy writer to ensure optimum output Visual Merchandising • Build a relationship with the North America VM team to ensure the smooth transfer of information in a timely manner • Sign off on all window concepts and launch dates • Regularly review all external agency partners to ensure economies and efficiencies are on/above expectation • Work with the DTC Buying & Planning teams to set KPI’s for the windows in order to measure success • Accountable for VM budget Retail Marketing • Accountable for Retail Marketing budget • Build relationships with outlet centre central marketing teams • Support the RM Assistant Manager in developing and implementing seasonal strategies to support the retail team and maximise sales, in line with Brand and regional goals • Partner with key stakeholders to set clear KPI’s to ensure ROI Social Media • Accountable for Social Media budget, organic and paid • Regularly review all external agency partners to ensure economies and efficiencies are on/above expectation • Facilitate meetings with agencies to improve efficiencies and leverage relationships • Work with Brand Marketing Specialist to develop and implement seasonal strategies that support regional goals • Partner with key stakeholders to set clear KPI’s to ensure ROI on each activation • Individual activation KPI’s will be met i.e. Increased engagement and click through rates on social platforms, increased traffic in stores, increased sales on specific product lines etc. PERSON SPECIFICATION Skills and Abilities • Proven experience creating & publishing content for a brand or media channel • Confident with budget management • Solid knowledge of social media • Commercially aware Qualifications and Experience • 5 years’ experience of representing, developing and delivering brand strategies • Experience within the fashion industry is essential • University degree, Marketing/journalism/Digital/Public Relations background • Solid general marketing background with a good understanding of general digital and online marketing channels • Great awareness of the latest online trends with an extensive knowledge • Line Management experience The company offer an excellent salary / benefit package and discounts on premium products
