Overview
I am working for a fantastic client who pride themselves creating the best customer experience as well as offering great support and training to their employees. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their fun but hard-working team. I am looking to speak with experienced Project Coordinators who are interested in hearing more. The Project Coordinator duties will include the following: Assist the Mobilisation team and the wider team in all elements and activities of the project management and project delivery process for the new buildings and developments, using the specified software where relevant. Work with the meeting owners to set agendas and take minutes. All inputs and outputs are to be issued in a timely manner making sure the content is relevant and accurate. To ensure that the logistics and requirements (room, IT, catering etc) for all meetings are set up proficiently To prepare, validate and sense check data and information specific to Tipi requirements for project control documents. To sift plot information as it is issued and make sure it is complete and accurate, creating binders of information if appropriate. To prepare Salesforce data at the right time in a project and review the accuracy with business owners and stakeholders where required. Support with budget management by accurately recording of information and data from suppliers and the internal purchase order system. To work with internal stakeholder to ensure timely and appropriate issue of purchase orders, invoices and payments. Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) - to be responsible for the collation of the SoP library and helping to create and develop the SoPs content for all Mobilisation related activity and the ongoing upkeep of all SoPs. Operational Requirement Documents (ORDs) - to support in the preparation and creation of ORDs for each plot as required in the project lifecycle. Issuing to the Operations team for completion and feedback into the project when appropriate. Monitor and upkeep the Mobilisation process map and all related stakeholder documentation. To ensure that information is updated and mapped across all relevant documents. Assist the Project Manager with the co-ordination and management of all project meetings (internal and external) to ensure project deadlines are met Request and manage samples from suppliers and other stakeholders as required. Support the preparation and organisation of all pricing related activity undertaken by the mobilisation team. Making sure the most up to date floorplans and plot specific information is available. Pro-actively support the organisation and execution of furniture and window dressing including planning, delivery, installation and sign offs. Ensure that all outputs are accurate and communicated in an effective manner. Key Documentation - Snagging & handover documents - to support with the stakeholder inputs and version control on behalf of Mobilisation. The ideal candidate will: Power-point, acrobat, excel and word-pro proficiency - IT literate. Excellent attention to detail, organised and diligent. Ideally experience working within an operational business Pro-active, able to identify, analyse and suggest improvement Driven and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills Demonstrably enthusiastic and passionate about delivering success.
