We partner clients and their ad agencies to identify and develop extraordinary creative ideas and content. Experts in content that leaves a lasting impression, delivers transformational brand growth and maximises ROI. We help clients navigate the creative journey from identifying the best idea, right through to flawless execution and best practice learnings for the next campaign. Drawing on the world’s largest database, behavioural measures, neuroscience capabilities, and extensively validated solutions, we show clients exactly how to develop and optimise creative to stand out, create meaningful impressions and generate sales. Building relationships with Insights & Marketing teams, delivering world class expertise to address specific marketing/business challenges. Key responsibilities: Know Your Specialism Has advertising knowledge, philosophies and a POV to land advice given to the client, putting the advice in context and providing clear recommendations and ROI Expresses clear, concise and commercial points of view on the strategic marketing implications from a wealth of data Owns synthesis and delivers advice, enabling our clients to make business decisions Takes the lead on the final business-related presentations Client Leadership Owns and leads the overall client relationships on a portfolio of clients Establishes deep client relationships, leveraging methodology agnostic expertise. Comfortable with on-site presence Impactful delivery into the client’s business, partners clients in addressing their marketing/business issues & transformation needs Networks beyond Insights to Marketing and establishes positive working relationships with client agency partners. Commercial Leadership Drives commercial opportunity and manages an active pipeline of projects, with a focus on sustainable growth Accountable for account commercial goals Active proposal development People Leadership Builds & coaches high performing teams with roles and responsibilities that set people up for success Leads and motivates the teams to optimise client delivery.
