Overview
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a temporary Marketing and Communications Manager in a Further Education College in London. It is a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Manager to work with with an excellent organisation managing the team for 3 - 6 months initially, paying £190 (Umbrella) per day. Main responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Manager: Create and execute marketing plans in line with the College's marketing objectives. Carry out primary and secondary research to support these plans. Ensure the consistency in the application of the Colleges brand in all internal and external communication forms. Encourage the reach of diverse markets with applying creative solutions. Line manage the Digital Marketing, Design, Events, School Liaison and Marketing and Communications team to contribute to the annual marketing plan. Engage in the annual appraisals as well as all other management policies. Advise the Marketing and Recruitment Director on the development and execution of the College marketing strategy and ensure that the information regarding the development of the strategy is communicated to relevant departments within the College. Liaise with external creative and digital resources to deliver campaign activity. The skills and experience needed for the Marketing and Communications Manager role: Previous proven experience in campaign planning and execution Experience in multi-channel marketing including CRM, online and social media as well as direct marketing Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords Previous experience in managing medium to large organisation marketing plans Excellent leadership skills and previous experience in leading creative and marketing teams This is an exciting role leading a large team of Marketing, Events and Creative people within a well-known Further Education College in London.
