Brand and Trade Marketing Manager A fantastic opportunity has come available for an ambitious Trade Marketing Manager to join a dynamic culture led drinks business at a time of rapid expansion. One of a kind opportunity to work with a Premium Drinks Business with over 50 brands in their portfolio. They are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join the business to work on some of their biggest brands. You will be their on and off trade champion to develop and activate brand and trade plans for the UK market. This individual will also have the opportunity to grow into Brand Management. They have been growing with an increasing pace and are looking at exciting growth plans over the coming months. Brand and Trade Marketing Manager Responsibilities include: Building effective relationships across the team and across functions working with brand and sales, and external marketing teams. Create On/Off Trade and channel marketing plans that aligns with the brand's marketing strategy. Taking responsibility for grocery and digital activation plans and lead the customer marketing schedule Take ownership of brand plans and responsibilities for select brands within the range. Working closely with and influencing the internal sales teams, clients and customers in collaboration for brand distribution plans. Support Marketing budgets conscious of ROI and making relevant effective recommendations for future Assisting in the management and coaching of junior team members A successful Brand and Trade Marketing Manager's characteristics include: 3-4 years of relevant Trade or brand marketing experience Experience of creating effective retailer relationships and on trade partnerships Comprehensive understanding of UK market First class communicator, and team player with the ability to influence and inspire. Driven for excellence and execution Autonomous and able to make an impact in self driven working environment Clear passion and positive attitude about the Off-trade and Drinks market Brilliant business sense and executing wider brand vision.
