Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing creative agency, based in High Wycombe, are currently hiring for a Junior Account Manager to join their growing team. The Junior Account Manager will be working within the Sales Team and the successful candiate will have a keen interest in digital technologies, social media & marketing is a must. This is a client-facing role, so impecable manners, and presentation of yourself is key. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain existing client relationships and expectations Sales planning to nurture existing client relationships to upsell new products & services Hitting sales targets Develop deep knowledge of the company services & products to a high standard, and to pitch work/sales stories to win business Project Management: Plan key tasks, manage milestones, and co-ordinate interdependencies with the client you work with Participation in marketing activities to support sales Develop deep knowledge of the company services & products to a high standard, and to pitch work/sales stories to win business Ensuring the highest quality of work and impeccable attitude Attending events and meetings This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, my client also offers great benefits such as; flexible working hours, competitive salary, regular work socials and events and potential global travel.
