Overview
Marketing Manager £50,000 Banbury A large B2B organisation based in Banbury Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a Marketing Manager to join their lead generation and customer acquisition Marketing team. This role is responsible for defining, developing, executing and measuring the vertical marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives with the aim of ensuring marketing is at the heart of the business. Responsibilities Delivering strategic marketing goals and objectives to ensure business growth Manage and develop the strategy for lead generation and sales conversion across both online and offline channels Developing vertical strategic plans which are insight driven and utilise key media channels to ensure that communication is consistent Producing thought leadership content in all forms, which will be informed by key trends and insight that drives consumer engagement Creating a 'test & learn' mentality when deploying through the line content by continually measuring each element of the campaign with the view to change to ensure effectiveness Managing and report all Digital Media activity utilising tools such as Google Analytics. Working with the wider digital team to ensure optimisation/SEO through local websites Personal Profile Strong understanding of marketing principles including; strategy, lead generation, channel marketing etc. Insight driven thinking and the ability to work with trends to help inform strategy Ability to balance traditional and digital marketing activity and workload The ability to interpret and identify key insight using market information and trends Ability to work and engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally Strong communication skills able to provide clear thinking and structure. Experience of working with and briefing creative, design and other agency partners. Strong capability to analyse and utilise market insight across the industry, customers and competitors.
