Your role will be to support the Head of Marketing by managing the team (of 6) & implementing the strategy The team management part of this role is paramount for success. You will enjoy managing, motivating, mentoring and seeing your team flourish and progress. Brand Marketing Promotional Calendar; you will create, drive and deliver the key seasonal promotions Product launch campaigns, working with the product designers you will align product launches with other seasonal business events. The digital marketing team will report into you through a first-line manager, you will oversee the digital activity, not execute yourself. The eCommerce team are separate, but you will work closely with them particularly on timing of product launches You'll manage the PR agency ensuring all messaging is presented in the best possible light and the brand story evolves optimally in line with the brand marketing plan There's lots more to this role, and it's ever-evolving which is exciting and motivating for the successful candidate. For example, you will also manage brand partnerships like charities About the Requirements: This role is ideal for an experienced Marketing Manager with retail market knowledge Cultural fit is very essential; there's a whole section below about it, please only apply if you feel your personality will fit this business's values and requirements as they won't be for everyone Tangible product marketing or brand marketing experience through to retailers is essential.
