Overview
Marketing Executive, Reading, RG1 Resolve Recruitment are working with one of the UKs leading insurance company's. Due to growth within our clients Reading offices, they now seek an experienced Marketing Executive to join their established Marketing team on a 12 month contracted basis to be responsible for assisting the Marketing team in all areas of a marketing strategy need, including content and design creation, managing the relationship with customers through different channels and moments of the customer journey, supporting Social Media strategy and also providing controls and reports for the team. The role; Create engaging content for social media and manage customers reaching the company through those channels Ensure that customers reaching the company through the website (messages through the marketing email) are taken care of Monitor the evolution of rates on Trustpilot, Feefo and similar public Feedback platforms. Guarantee that customers are being answered by Customer Services. Create and execute campaigns to incentive feedback from customers Overview and contribute to projects affecting customers Create and execute Cross-sell and Up-sell processes Being in charge of standard processes for e-mail sent to customers Creating and developing projects to add benefits to customers, supporting sales and/or the continuity of customers Creating and executing newsletters (internal and external) Creating relationship strategy communication with customers to enhance their experience with brand(s) Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content Carry out any additional tasks as requested by the department manager in accordance with company requirements Seeking to achieve and exceed individual, team and departmental targets, acting as a role model The person; Essential Degree OR degree calibre/equivalent work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good copy-writing skills, preferably in a technical / scientific context, would be an advantage E-marketing experience, with a good working knowledge of social media marketing tools Able to work individually as well as part of a team Planning skills Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail Able to demonstrate knowledge of general marketing principles Usage of MS Office (Power Point skills specially) Desirable Experience with design software (Adobe) would be advantageous Knowledge / experience in the Insurance market The rewards; A highly competitive basic salary of £30,000 (dependant on experience) Other excellent benefits & perks For more information on this exciting and rewarding Marketing Executive career APPLY BELOW.
