A talented and ambitious Digital Media Business Development Manager or Business Development Director looking to take a major step forward in their career, will join this hugely ambitious Digital performance agency because of their desire to work with A-List brand names and deliver industry leading services. The organisation: A full-service Digital Performance Agency with specialisms in SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, Social Marketing and CRO Industry recognised experts with experience working for numerous household name brands Based in the North with presence in Manchester, London & Leeds Hugely ambitious organisation that is growing strongly The culture is highly ethical with a focus on mutual respect and delivering exceptional service to clients The person: A true new business hunter and relationship builder with experience within Digital Marketing - minimum 3 years A high performer with a documented record of sales success winning pitches worth £100k A true consultative solution salesperson capable of controlling the full sales process including managing internal subject matter experts Excellent commercial awareness with a highly ethical approach Highly ambitious and focused on long term success A Basic salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £80,000 to £90,000. A car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme.Once established, earning £100k per year with this organisation is expected. Equity options may also be possible for major contributions.
