Overview

The Role Buyer required for the Health & Beauty, FMCG, Retail Industries. The Organisation This is a chance to join one of the world’s leading suppliers of products representing an attractive client list based in Central London. The Position You will be part of a well-established Purchasing team, working on allocated categories, delivering design ideas whilst uncovering and following high street trends. Duties To work closely with internal account management, design and marketing teams. Presenting and delivering new ideas to stake holders and senior board. Understand the ethical sourcing from suppliers based in the UK, EU, Turkey, Far East & Asia. Manage the critical path, supply routes and associated third parties. The Person Educated to a degree level, ideally with relevant industry qualification, CIPS or EIPM. Minimum of three years’ experience sourcing products DIRECT from factories in the Far East. Creative mindset with a strong and keen interest in consumer and promotional products. What’s on offer?
