CRM Manager - Beauty brand A beauty brand are looking for a CRM Manager to join their London office to plan and deliver a CRM strategy that spans all channels and touchpoints. You will lead the design, strategy and execution of all customer marketing solutions. The company are going through a digital transformation and you will play a key role in helping the business achieve the growth plans. Responsibilities ·Working with the broader marketing team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push ·Manage the CRM budget across UK & European campaigns ·Ensuring communications are customer-centric and insight driven ·On-going optimisation (test & learn approach) to campaigns ·Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new programme Experience ·Ideally educated to degree level ·CRM experience across multiple channels (SMS, Email, Loyalty) ·Ideally Retail, Luxury or Cosmetic background This job ad was posted by Salt.
