Overview
I'm currently head-hunting a Paid Social Manager for an award-winning independent full service marketing agency. The agency is purposefully boutique and currently sits at just under 30 employees. As you can imagine this has led to a real 'family feel' within the office - with regular social events taking place. Something that I find really interesting about this agency is that all of the teams are integrated so regardless of your experience, there is always exposure to new channels, broadening your experience. It is also very rare for people to be in the office past 6 on any day of the week - unheard of A combination of these factors have led to some really strong Glassdoor reviews and a really high employee retention rate. As a Paid Social Manager you will be working across a festival/events client and a financial client. Day-to-day responsibilities; planning & strategy, management of campaigns, managing 3 graduates and getting involved in the pitching process.
