Overview
This is an opening for a PR Account Executive to join one of the most highly regarded PR consultancies in the North West which will, without question, provide your career with an incredible opportunity to grow and develop. The role You will be working with high profile clients in the business to business sector, where you will support the delivery of client programmes and develop high-quality content, as well as delivering social media campaigns, which you will also be responsible for reporting and monitoring. On a day to day basis, you will build first class relationships with journalists and clients alike and, along with senior team members, will ensure that objectives are met, and relevant coverage is achieved. You will also grow and maintain great contacts with the media, spanning press, TV, radio and online for a range of sectors and will proactively seek out viable opportunities. You will also write for a range of media and work very closely with senior account handlers who will provide guidance to ensure your clients' activity is delivered on time and within budget. What we're looking for We're looking for candidates who are confident in handling national and trade media, digitally savvy, keen to explore new tools and technologies, and are adept in producing content for a wide range of channels - from blogs, social media posts and infographics to thought leadership pieces and press releases. We need someone with at least 18 month's B2B PR experience, whether that be from an agency or from working in-house and will also require someone that has strong writing and media management skills. It goes without saying, that you'll be keen to work within a busy agency team and will be able to show that you're capable of managing a diverse work schedule. What's on offer?
