Exciting opportunity for a Part-Time candidate working within the Entertainment sector JOB ROLE: PA to CEO PART TIME JOB TYPE : Permanent COMPANY: Entertainment HOURS: 9:00am - 5:00pm TYPE: PART TIME - X2 days, 16 hours SALARY: £25,000 pro-rota LOCATION: West end DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Managing the diary of CEO, prioritising and organising all necessary meetings Liaise with meeting participants and book meeting rooms/locations for CEO, understanding the requirements of visitors and catering to these Booking travel and accommodation for the CEO and the management team Responsible for merchandise stock and ordering of general office supplies Assist setting and monitor budgets for all expenditure associated with the running of the office Resolve any office support issues and ensure that they are dealt with effectively and promptly by liaising with appropriate people and suppliers Oversee and coordinate social events and other company activities Ensure meeting rooms and office are kept spotless and welcoming Oversee general office duties e.g. answering main line, taking messages, meeting and greeting visitors, managing daily post and couriers Oversee corporate social media accounts, assisting in the creation of content campaigns and maintaining them across all networks Monitor audience engagement, respond to enquiries and communicate with audience across all social media channels SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience Related experience, with demonstrable experience at Executive PA level Dynamic and driven with excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and planning skills Must be solution minded, creative and adapt easily to change. Ability to function in a fast paced, unstructured, entrepreneurial environment a must Creative mindset with strong knowledge of social web and content development Analytical/conceptual abilities and a capacity for creativity/innovation Strong interpersonal skills Computer skills a must, advanced excel skills required including knowledge of MS Excel macros and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint Strong presentation skills.
